# Sync overview

You can move clips between devices using **Nearby Sync** (local network context), **Cloud Sync** (different networks), and **Cross-device copy and paste** for practical input flows.

| Method | Typical use |
|--------|--------------|
| [Nearby Sync](/features/nearby-sync) | Devices often on the same LAN |
| [Cloud Sync](/features/cloud-sync) | Devices not co-located or multi-network |
| [Cross-device copy and paste](/features/cross-device-paste) | Shortest “copy → visible/paste elsewhere” path |

First-success onboarding: [Cross-device](/getting-started/first-cross-device-paste). Failures: [First-run troubleshooting](/getting-started/first-run-troubleshooting).
