Background Monitoring with Root
Not sure which method to use? Compare Shizuku / Accessibility / Root in the quick enable guide.
This guide will help Rooted users enable clipboard background monitoring by installing LSPosed and the Clipboard Whitelist module.
Prerequisites
Required conditions

Install the “LSPosed” Framework

- Switch to the Modules tab
- Tap Install from storage, then select the downloaded LSPosed
.zipfile - Wait for the installation to complete, then tap Reboot
Install the “Clipboard Whitelist” Module
Download the module
The Clipboard Whitelist module must match your LSPosed API version — LSPosed introduced a new libxposed API 101, and the two builds are not interchangeable. Pick the matching one:
| Your LSPosed | Module to download |
|---|---|
| API 101+ — the latest, which this guide installs | Maintained fork (hxreborn) |
| An older LSPosed you kept on purpose | Original module |
Because this guide installs the latest LSPosed, use the fork. Always grab the latest release from the chosen page.
Do not install APKs from unofficial mirrors or cached links, and verify file integrity before installing.
Enable the module
Once installed, go to the Modules page in the LSPosed manager and enable the module.
Configure the App Whitelist

- Find and check 章鱼速贴(Octoclip)
If the app list is not displayed in Clipboard Whitelist, you need to:

- Enable Get app list or Read app info permission
Reboot and Verify
- Reboot your device to apply the configuration
