History filter rules

Use filter / exclude rules so some copies never enter clip history—privacy and noise control.

What to do

• Open Settings and look for clip/history sections such as exclude/ignore (wording varies by release). For a map of settings pages, see Settings overview.
• After a change, run a minimal copy test and confirm whether history behaves as expected.

Validate

Copy a test string; when a rule should ignore, confirm no new row appears.
