OCR on image clips
Run OCR on an existing image clip and obtain copyable text.
Steps

Pick the image clip in history
Confirm it is the right image payload.

Open the context menu and choose OCR
Use right-click/long-press and pick the OCR action [TBD: label].

Wait for completion
Large images may take longer; retry or check network if cloud OCR [TBD: local vs cloud].
